Overview- Damaged & Defective Items Policy
All of our products are custom manufactured to your individual order specifications. Therefore our products are all considered “special order” items. You will receive detailed product inspection photos and/or an actual production sample of your product before your order leaves the factory floor.
We are committed to producing only the highest quality gifts, premiums, and promotional items. We guarantee all of our products are free of manufacturing defects. We will replace at our expense any items found to be defective. If you encounter any items which are considered to be defective, please contact our customer service department to arrange for a return of the defective items.
